Errors on communication and internal error messages are shown after starting the software

Former versions of GENECS have some problems running on Windows NT systems: Errors on communication and internal error messages are shown after starting the software.

Solve this problem by downloading the newest version of GENECS from the EMC-Partner homepage.

Then proceed as follows:

  1. Uninstall all GENECS files (START -> SETTINGS -> CONTROLS -> SOFTWARE)

  2. Delete the Genecs.ini file in Windows root directory (for ex. C:\WinNT\Genecs.ini)

  3. Install the new GENECS version
