Can the TRANSIENT-1000 simulate dips on d.c. supply?

Proceed as follow:

1. Interruption Udc to 0 volts

d.c. power supply	TRANSIENT-1000		EUT
	rear side	front side
1. Use power supply with Udc	1. remove bridges 2. connect Udc to L1 and PE 3. connect L2 to PE	1. connect EUT to L and PE 2. press button EUT power (green) 3. choose Test DIPS long 4. Choose test and interruption time

2. Dips Udc to Ux

d.c. power supplies	TRANSIENT-1000		EUT

1. Use power supply number 1 with Udc 2. Use power supply number 2 for Ux	1. remove bridges 2. connect Udc to L1 and PE 3. connect power supply Ux to L2 and PE	1. connect EUT to L and PE 2. press button EUT power (green) 3. choose Test DIPS long 4. choose test and interruption time

3. Dips Udc to Ux

When the EUT can not be connected with the protection earth the coupling kit CNDKIT1000 must be used. See manual CDNKIT1000.

4. Dips with TRACS

Same setting as described in the column "front side".
