By car from Zurich Airport

From Zurich Airport (in Kloten) to Basel: First take highway 1 up to Baden,
then highway 3 to Basel (map).
From Basel to Laufen: Just before entering Basel, stay on the right lane and take the exit road in the direction of Delémont (T18). Highway T18 ends in Aesch and continues as a road with oncoming traffic. This road leads you through Zwingen to Laufen (map).
Location of EMC PARTNER in Laufen: Just after the sign which announces Laufen enter the big parking place on the left side where lorries with the red inscription "Bieli Transport" are parked (map). We are located at the rear side of the building next to the parking place.

By public transport from the EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse

From EuroAirport to Railway Station Basel: There is a bus every 20 to 30 minutes.
It takes about 15 minutes.
From Railway Station Basel to Laufen:
  • There is a train every 30 minutes.
  • You can take
    • the regional train: Laufen is the terminal, it takes about 30 minutes.
    • or the interregional train: Laufen is the first stop, it takes about 20 minutes.
    • Ticket (EuroAirport to Laufen): The ticket has to be bought at the entrance of the bus. It costs about Swiss Francs 8.50.
    From Railway Station Laufen to Hotel Central: It takes about 5 minutes on foot (map).

    By car from France

    From Mulhouse to Basel: After Mulhouse you can go
    • either to Neuenburg in Germany: You will have to buy a highway vignette for about Swiss Francs 40.- (see by car from Gernany)
    • or on the A35 directly to Basel (map): You will not have to buy the highway vignette, but you must cross the city of Basel. In Basel follow the signs for Delémont.
    From Basel to Laufen: After having crossed the city take the highway T18 in the direction of Delémont. Highway T18 ends in Aesch and continues as a road with oncoming traffic. This road leads you through Zwingen to Laufen (map).

    By car from Germany

    To Basel: Taking the highway to Basel you will have to buy a highway vignette for about Swiss Francs 40.- at the German-Swiss border (map).
    From Basel to Laufen: After the border stay on the highway in the direction of Zurich up to the "Hagnau" crossroad (only a couple of minutes). There you have to take highway T18 in the direction of Delémont (lane on the right side). Highway T18 ends in Aesch and continues as a road with oncoming traffic. This road leads you through Zwingen to Laufen (map).
