SMART TEST SYSTEM FOR MIL-STD-461 AND DO-160 TESTS
MIL-MG3 is tailored to CS106, CS115 and CS116 test requirements. This latest system has been enhanced by the addition of modules for CS06 testing and user specific frequency modules for CS116. The plug-in modular design gives users the flexibility of adding modules to perform DO-160 section 17 and section 19 testing, as well as MIL-STD-1275 all from the same MIG-MG3 main-frame. A single coupler enables calibration and testing to CS115 and CS116 without disturbing the test setup making the process faster and more efficient. Ease of use, predefined test routines and a single universal coupler make MIL-MG3 the most efficient and technically advanced instrument available today. Complimented by the TEMA3000 software, MIL-MG3 is simply the best all round test system for engineers in a hurry.

Product Highlights
EXCEEDS MAXIMUM TEST LEVELS FROM MIL-STD-461
Wide dynamic range with higher output ensures the standard test levels can be reached under all load conditions
ONE COUPLER FOR TESTS (CS115 & CS116)
No need to change couplers and recalibrate. Reduces the potential for setup errors. Makes the testing process simpler and faster
AUTOMATED TEST ROUTINES RUN FROM FRONT PANEL
Ideal for on-site or lab testing, MIL-MG3’s powerful processor removes the necessity for an exter-nal computer. Write, save, link and edit test procedures directly on the colour touch panel
GENERATE, EXPORT & MANAGE TEST REPORTS
The product is the report. Maintain this valuable information in MIL-MG3 storage. Alternatively, extract reports directly to a computer using the integrated webserver or to an external USB stor-age device
EXTENDABLE TO MEET DO-160 SECTION 17 AND 19
Not only for MIL-STD testing. MIL-MG3 modular design enables testing for RTCA DO-160 Procedures for Airborne Equipment sections 17 and 19

Why MIL-MG3 ?
Optimized Modular Design
Dedicated modules for each specific test type. Each module is tailored to its specific test type, ensuring high accuracy and reliability.
Precise and stable signal quality
Use of dedicated modules for each test, and a system design that uses one generator and one probe that work together as one system, it does not require customization or match-ing (impedance). No need for manual adjustments before and during testing.
Fast setup and stable results
No generator or coupler adjustments required before test. The system is ready for cali-bration or test in less than 30 seconds.
Our solution using very precise and stable technology. High number of pulses during lifetime that are repeatable and steady throughout lifecycle
Superior Q-Factor Injection Probes (CS116)
We get two values from DSO, apply the formula in our software, and the result is dis-played and recorded in the test result. Additionaly, our software integrates a Q factor val-idation function.
With our solution, it is not necessary to double check the Q factor, but if you require to do this it can be done very fast because the data provided by TEMA 3000 is traceable
High Test levels for CS06/106, CS115 and CS116
The system (MG3 + probes) support EUT currents above 160A. For example, probe CN-MIG-BT5 (CS06/106) above 160A, CN-BT6 (CS115 116) 1280A for CS115 and 320A for CS116. See De-fence System Brochure for exact details. This is a must for test labs as they don’t know what customer EUTs require, and gives them flexibility to support higher currents. Also reflects the quality of our product, and no risk to damage generator
