Indirect ESD Field-Coupling-Plane
ISO 10605 appendix F describes an additional special horizontal coupling plane as a new approach. This approach is intended to produce more repeatable test results and to better correlate with vehicle level ESD tests and the real word environment in comparison especially to the HCP test specified in IEC 61000-4-2.
