Ergonomic High Performance ESD generator gun up to 30 kV

The ESDEX series represents the latest generation of modular and compact ESD Generator, often referred to as an ESD gun / ESD simulator, designed and manufactured by EMC PARTNER AG. Featuring cutting-edge components and a modern, state-of-the-art interface and communication technology, the ESDEX series meets today’s demands for maximum comfort, intuitive operation, flexibility and high performance. Its modular architecture allows users to add a wide range of features and functions, making the ESDEX highly flexible and fully customizable to your specific needs. The generators are available in 8, 16, and 30 kV versions and support a broad range of interchangeable RC networks to ensure full compliance with the latest international standards, including IEC 61000-4-2, ISO 10605, RTCA DO-160, various MIL and Semiconductor standards.

The ESDEX ESD Generator / Simulator Gun is the next-generation successor to the well-known ESD3000 by EMC PARTNER. Developed as the direct replacement for the proven ESD3000 generator / ESD generator, ESDEX combines advanced ESD testing technology with improved ergonomics for fatigue-free operation and maximum user comfort. With its modern interface, better usability, and high-precision performance, the ESDEX sets a new benchmark for reliable ESD compliance testing.

The ESDEX series is designed and tailored to give users the freedom to select a ESD generator / ESD Simulator configured to their exact needs.

There are three product types — 8 kV, 16 kV, and 30 kV — and customers can choose from a range of RC networks, options, features, and accessories to create a solution that perfectly meets their requirements. ESDEX30

30 kV ESD generator / Simulator with exchangeable RC networks.
Suitable for higher voltage test level requirements such as automotive testing, and larger testing laboratories that require more flexibility.
