MIG-CAP DUT-MUX is an automatic switching matrix with 8 outputs. X Y capacitor tests according to IEC 60384-14 edition 4 require that 8 capacitor samples are tested with 1.2/50us impulses. The switching matrix is used together with the MIG1212CAP or MIG0603CAP.
