1-Phase powered equipment

There are multiple test types applied to consumer, household and Industrial electronics operated on single phase supply up to 230Vac/16A current. Generic and product standards specify which test types are relevant. ESD is a test type used on every product and is incorporated into the CE testing requirements for the European Union (EU). Other international standard requirements such as form the IEC and IEEE/ANSI focus on EFT/Burst and surge testing of power lines with coupling both in differential and common modes.
